Reaume Construction is presently specializing in new home building, large remodels and specialty kitchens and baths.

Jim O’Halloran
Interior Designer Jim O’Halloran has worked with David Reaume Construction & Design since 1997, and has been involved in all of the Reaume showcase house projects. As one of the superintendents on the construction side, Jim is also a very talented interior designer. He says his designs combine simple traditional approaches with state-of-the-art contemporary styling.

Marc McGuanDavid Reaume Construction
Marc McGuan runs the plumbing department at David Reaume Construction & Design. Before joining Reaume, Mark worked at Arroyo Plumbing, where he started at age 16 and later became the company’s top plumber. Not only does Mark run the Reaume plumbing department, he is also head superintendent, overseeing the company’s construction jobs, keeping all on schedule.

Carla Quinn
Design Assistant Carla Quinn has been with David Reaume Construction & Design since October 2005 and is responsible for drafting design plans. She earned a Master’s of Fine Art from Claremont Graduate University and studies interior design at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. Previous to joining Reaume Construction, Carla worked in the design department for Phyllis Morris in West Hollywood and as a set designer in film and television.

Michele Stone
Interior Designer Michele Stone considers herself an expert in textiles, furniture and tile thanks to her varied careers: in film and television set property houses with leading set decorators, in the textile industry at Brunschwig & Fils and as an interior designer with Glabman Furniture. She became acquainted with David Reaume while working at the Pasadena Showcase House of Design in 2002 and started with the company then. She takes pride in her ability to work in any style medium, but is most inspired by traditional styles: American Colonial, English country or French styles -- Provencal, Baroque, Rococo, and Neoclassical.

David Reaume ConstructionHeather Bradford
Office Manager Heather Bradford has been with the company since 2000. She manages all financial dealings with the office. She has a team of two staff members who organize everything including client files, schedules, billing and pick-up items. Calls coming into the office are typically routed by Heather for immediate attention.

Raudel Escobedo
Field Superintendent Raudel Escobedo has been with Reaume Construction & Design since the company opened. He is in the field watching all the jobs to make sure progress remains on schedule. He supervises a crew of four that do everything from framing to clean-up. Raudel is the problem-solver and typically clients rely on him for many things to make the construction process as painless as possible.

About Us

David Reaume ConstructionDavid Reaume has been in the construction business since 1988. The youngest of seven children, he was born and raised in the Pasadena, California area. He spent his childhood in San Marino, graduating from San Marino High School in 1982. His construction background began during his formative years. His mother Jacqueline, an interior designer, and his father Wallace, a financial planner, would purchase and renovate homes as a hobby, building his interest in construction at an early age.

David went to Gonzaga University, where he was Vice President of the Student Body and graduated with a B.A. in Business in 1986.

Soon after college, he starting working at Grubb & Ellis, a Southern California real estate company. During this time, he became interested in the real estate market, just prior to his introduction into the construction business. Working in real estate for two years has proved to be an invaluable asset to his knowledge in the home building trade and related fields.

David has lived in the Linda Vista area of Pasadena for the last 12 years, where he is a father to Joshua, a 17-year-old junior at St. Francis High School.
